Hello –
On my home page, https://bringmannconstruction.com, every time I enter the
Customize
section, it’s deleting the content for my custom headings. This includes the headings for Slider content, Portfolio, Testimonials, What we do. I’ve been able to reproduce this issue by doing the following.- Open Customize, make content changes, Publish.
- Leave Customize, load the page to confirm headings are there (they are).
- Re-enter Customize – all headings are gone both in Customize and the page itself.

Hello,
I see you do have the latest theme version, but did you update Codeless Builder as well?
Please make sure you have the latest version of the plugin as well (1.2.4). This is an issue already fixed in latest theme and plugin update.
To update the plugin, just delete the current version and it’s files. Then go back to dashboard. You will see a message asking to install required plugins. Proceed installing the plugin again by following the instructions.
Let us know how it goes.Best regards!

Hello,
I have THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM… and I have 1.2.4… still not good. Please fix this and instead of asking me for additional info (that takes a whole day for you to respond because of time zone differences) please help me with figuring out the problem in my site… I’ve done reinstalls of both theme and required plugins and nothing solves the problem. You have my access codes and ftp info if you require it.
This is an issue that makes me have to do long workarounds every single time… Copy the code OUTSIDE a text file in case it all goes missing and hope next time I can add some things without losing other things… This is tiresome and it should be a piece of cake…
You have my info regarding website and ftp access… please help me find out this annoying bug!
Of course my customer is furious because of slow progress…
I expect some concrete answers and solutions now, please… I cannot wait any longer and even though you respond to me every single time I ask a question, I still don’t see the customer support that I really need.
Sincerely,
Pedro
