Hi,
I recently installed the Tower theme. I wanted to use the dummy data from ‘business’ in my theme. I installed this but then deleted some pages. I was left with three rows of menus that I can’t get rid of.
I have tried to uninstall the entire theme and re-install but this hasn’t worked. Can I email you a screenshot. My email is [email protected]
I also can’t find where to install the sliders that are part of the theme package.
Thanks,
Phil

Hello,
You can always send screenshots in your reply (we have responded you on this other topic of yours about screenshots).
You should clean your database first, before re importing demo data again, because otherwise it may bring the duplication of some content and it will not look good.
Please watch this video tutorial about importing your demo data properly. As we told you on this other topic of yours, you should download the All files & documentation version of theme folder. After unzipping it you should have the sliders containing folder.
Than you should go to Dashboard > Slider Revolution (if you want to use revolution slider) and import the zipped slider containing file that is located inside the sliders containing folder. See screenshot
If you want to use a codeless slider, you don’t have to import anything, because they are already installed on your worpress.Best regards!

Hi Kris,
Thanks for your reply,
With regards to the support forum issue, I tried to insert an image using the ‘insert image’ icon and it wouldn’t let me send the message. As I have already stated the message did have a title, which is why it’s not working for me.
With regards to installing dummy data. I am not sure how to clean my database. Could you let me know how to do this. I have watched the video and I understand how to install the dummy data. I had previously gone through these steps before watching the video.
With regards to the sliders. I had downloaded all the files and documentation. The issue as I explained was where to actually install them as it doesn’t outline this in the documentation. I will install them in Slider Revolution as you have suggested.
Thanks,
Phil

Hello,
The three lines of menu are caused by the multiple demo data importing: some content has duplicated. You should empty your database, by droping all the database tables. See this video tutorial for more detailed information.
Please do not post private data on a public reply, because this may cause issues on your side. When sending wp or ftp credentials, always check the Set as private reply button see screenshot. I recommend you to change the passwords for your site to be safe.
After that, send us again your wp credentials, including your ftp credentials. We can import the demo data for you. Which demo do you want?
Add the credentials on your profile user information, read this article for more information.Best regards!

Hello,
I see you do have finished successfully the import. The pages are all there. See in wordpress dashboard > Pages. Also the menus, widgets, layouts are all imported and set. What is not imported are the images. But this is not a problem as you can always download them from the online demo (i already did so and set them up in your site), or import your own images.
In Appearance > Widgets you get to set up the widgets of top header and footer. All pre-created widgets (used in the demo) are stored in the inactive section of the widget area (screenshot). just drag ad drop the ones you want to use. I already did that for you. Please check your site and let us know if you need further help.
Best regards!
