I’m just setting up my site and am working on the portfolio page. I created portfolio items first then set one of my pages to portfolio page. As you can see when viewing my page, only the featured images shows. At the moment there should be at least 4 family photos I uploaded. Please make sure you have assign a category to the portfolio items. If the issue persists, send us your wp credentials in a private reply. So we can give it a closer look.
Sorry i misunderstood you.
You have have only one portfolio item and have uploaded 4 images to it. So in the portfolio page it will be displayed just one portfolio item. The images you want to show will be displayed only when the portfolio item is opened. Not in portfolio page. Here only the featured image will be displayed. So your site has no issues.
If you want to change this style, you will have to do it yourself as this is a personal customization and it’s not supported from this forum.

-We require credentials because the issues stated from our clients, do no happen on our side. Usually it’s something on clients site (configuration / third party plugins / script edits..etc) that cause the issue. So we can not just guess what has been going wrong in it, but have to log in and debug it.

I’m really just trying to get this profile page to work. Just watched the videos again and followed step by step. Now getting 404 pages when click “view portfolio entry”.
