I fixed the issue with the sticky header now its look ok.
You have only to change the option on the slide: Codeless Slider > Slides> Mallorca Home
Go to Layout > Menu & Slider Navigation Color > Dark and now is ok.Let us know.

The issue caused by the hosting provider that don’t encode the url. Anyway you access the this url to edit the portfolio entry: https://derkdumbar.nl/derkdumbar/wp-admin/customize.php?url=http%3A%2F%2Fderkdumbar.nl%2Fderkdumbar%2F%3Fportfolio%3Da-safe-place%26clactive=1
as you see i have replaced the “&” before clactive=1 with “%26”. This is the solution to edit without any problem the portfolio items with codeless builder.
In the future we will launch an update to fix that issue.

I have just fixed your issue by loading the fancybox on the functions.php file.
wp_enqueue_script('fancybox', get_template_directory_uri(). '/js/fancybox/source/jquery.fancybox.js', true); wp_enqueue_script('fancybox-media', get_template_directory_uri() .'/js/fancybox/source/helpers/jquery.fancybox-media.js', true);You can reactivate all the plugins that i have disabled before.
In the next update we fix this issue.

The problem now is fixed.
The error you had is:

So i have edited the wp-config.php file and added the following code:
define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );Now everything looks ok.

Please can you try to login into WordPress Dashboard > Go to Plugins and install Codeless Builder and Kirki plugin from the begining this will resolve your issue.
If you can’t login into Ftp go to /wp-content/themes/june and rename the folder june into june1. After this change you can login and install kirki and codeless builder plugins. Now you can activate the theme again.
In case the issue continue, send to us your ftp creds through profile details so we can login and fix your issue.

The issue that you have is caused by the old directory that you have changed. You have to upload the new update in the same folder of the old theme. So to update the theme you have to replace the old directory (specular) with the new version you will download from the themeforest.
This will maintain unchanged all your old settings.
