Ok, now I see, that issue is generated by the parallax slider. You should remove the parallax option on that slider. If you can check our preview demo, we don’t have parallax on that slider.

If you install the new Specular version (that you can even rollback if any issue is released, old version is on package too) a new Required notification will be shown on your Dashboard. It will recommend you to install & activate the new Specular WPBakery Addons & backward compatibility plugin. It is a totally new plugin.
The plugin is showed as required on the top of the screen on Dashboard, just click install & activate it. It’s shows only when WPBakery is already installed & activated.
