try by adding !important after opacity:1

opacity:1 !important;

Just update with the Envato market plugin (when new version released).

About the plugin, you need to remove the actual Codeless Builder plugin and then install the new recommended plugin (you can see the message on top of WP Dashboard after removing actual version) or install it manually from Plugins -> New Plugin (search for codeless page builder)

Hmm, I see, it should work when you click over the image. If you want to show image and name at the same time, use this:

@media(max-width:767px){
  .cl_team .team-item .team-media-wrapper .team-overlay{
      height: auto;
      bottom: 0;
      top: auto;
      opacity: 1;
      padding-bottom: 10px;
  }
}

Just rechecked now on safari and it works. Did you found the issue?

For now, do this:

go to june/includes/codeless_functions_woocommerce.php

On line 1210, change this

add_action( 'codeless_hook_content_begin', function(){

to

add_action( 'codeless_hook_content_end', function(){
