Hi, just contacted Hostinger’s support to find a solution on how to check PHP error logs. No file found on hosting. Checked all things carefully but not find a solution.
Can you please try to use the default theme name on the folder name? I see it named like ‘codelesswp-folie-….’, change it back to ‘folie’
After that, please delete the database, create an empty installation of wp, and try to import again. It’s imported but website have some CSS issues caused by the theme name.
Hi Sarah, we will try to make all the needed things that we can do to fix your website. But, sometimes it’s not our responsibility if you add custom codes or something else that can be lost when updating a theme.
We will check your website and try our best to fix it without needing to extend support.
In the future, you need an extra support license. All we can do now is making your website works.
First, to make the layout identic to the online version you should add a short description and attributes to the single product. As you see here, the attributes design has been changed a bit. Woocommerce changed the way attributes are generated in HTML. If you want I can re-add the old HTML code just for your website.
Other things that I see, a strange border around the product title, have you added it?
Let me know what other details you need. You have made changes to colors and typography as I see, so some things are different from the online version.
You have selected Masonry layout instead of Grid. When using masonry, you can specify for each item the layout on single portfolio posts, long, small or large and then specify image sizes for these types on Codeless -> Image Sizes -> Portfolio
In this case, the Grid needed. You just need to select the right image size that fits with portfolio images. You can create new image sizes on Codeless -> Image Sizes -> Custom.
I am sorry, we have removed that option from the newest builder updates because some customers have difficulties to sort it out. We are going to use the standard way of Portfolio creation from WP Admin -> Portfolio -> Add New.
We will make sure to update documentation too.

I found out on functions.php of the child-theme that you have added a filter when querying products. I have added a custom code, so this piece of extra code will not be run on the admin dashboard.
I am pretty sure that this code was not added by us.
