The demo installed is default, but due to shortcode conflict not even that is being showed. To import another demo (you can do this any time you want!), just go to Specular > Import/Export (Dummy Data). Click on the image of the demo you want to use, and then “Import”. I was able to install, activate and import default dummy data for Specular theme. But you have other shortcodes that are conflicting with theme’s. I suggest you remove the third party plugins and try customizing theme first with the included plugins.
Can you please send us a video of how are you accessing this? This is not the correct form, but i already opened it in your site and there is no problem.

Do you have changed the default login link of the site? I tried login in to dashboard using yoursite.com/wp-admin and yoursite.com/wp-login and none work. Can you please update the correct login link in your profile data? So we can check this closely.
We uploaded and activate the latest theme version. The previous theme is still installed. In case you needed it as backup. The included plugins are also updated to their latest version.
Please check your site and let us know what you need to change/customize further.
It’s best to keep images 200kb or below. This is depended from the images, for example the slider images need to be high quality, but the majority of images in the site can be optimized and not ruin the look of the site.

PS: Hamburger menu is no problem, you just have to change header style. Can i see a link of where are you having this?
Theme is tested multiple times before getting available for download. Not only from our team, but Envato team as well. It has no issues. If something has gone wrong with your installation, there can be many other reasons server related or else. We need to investigate this.
Don’t worry, one of the developers will check this.
@ashley5090, there is nothing wrong with your footer. You just had to add some widgets to it. I added some for testing, in Appearance > Widgets. Please change them to your wish.
-I added a top row from Customizer > Header > Top Navigation Row.
