The WP Bakery plugin; Revolution slider; Layerslider are included in theme and have an extended license. This means they can be used by any one purchasing our theme as long as they use the version included in theme folder. To use them, just install plugin from Plugins menu and activate again from the Plugins menu. This is enough to use the sliders normally. There is no need to activate it in the slider’s options.
The only restriction of this type of licence is that you can not update it on your own terms.
The rules of the marketplace don’t allow us to give the plugin activation code. You can use the existing version without any problem. We update frequently all theme plugins to their latest versions in almost every theme release or in case when an urgent update is needed. So they are always fully compatible with the current theme version.
If you want to buy a license by yourself this is allowed, but we thought that this isn’t needed because the version included works perfectly.
You are free to make the choice that best fits your needs.
–Envato Market is a free plugin that you can update from Plugins menu yourself.

You can’t change the support status from here because this account is connected to the license number you first bought Specular theme. You can register as a new user with the new purchase code.

I see there is a hamburger menu showing in top navigation area. If you have not added it then i need to check it.

I understand. Sorry but this is not possible for now to be achieved with the current theme options. To add it, there is needed some coding that is not included in support.

1-I added an extra class to the row containing the video and replaced that css class in the custom css. I re-added the custom css in the page’s custom css box. Please check your page. The row height is adjusted. Change the value to your wish.
2-Sorry but with the current theme options, this is not possible. Changing this form requires coding and customization that exceed the support service. But i will add this to our to do list. So the developers will take into consideration to add more options for the video element.

Can you give some more details on:
-when did shop stopped working? This is a tested theme and there is no issue with the cart/shop in no other installations.
-Do you have added any script or changed anything in server side during the time of theme configuration?
-Can you please install theme from scratch, in a test domain? Upload a newly downloaded version so we are sure no changes are made to it’s scripts from other parties (such as plugins).
Install ONLY theme included plugins!
