This is strange.
We have created the same situation on our side and the link to the section is ok.
Please download a fresh copy of theme files from your Envato account > Downloads.
Rename theme folder (example: tower_new) and upload it in your wordpress installation wp-content/themes folder, using a ftp account.
Activate this copy and try again. So we can rule out any possibility of theme files being corrupted or affected by any plugin’s scripts.

You need to install first it. The plugin is included in theme package. You can find the plugin’s zip file in “extra_plugins” folder.
To find it, just open the main zip file you downloaded from Envato. Unzip it. These folder’s will show up: Documentation, Licensing, extra_plugins, handel, handel-child.
Then, install Revolutions slider as any normal plugin, by uploading the zip file from Plugins > Add New menu.
Please go to Customize > Header > Sticky > Sticky Content color, select the dark version.

Some css form the bootstrap-responsive.css file was taking over the css that gives margin to the text in columns. So i added this css in the page’s custom css box:

Exactly, the left/right menu style with logo in the middle, is the header’s desktop layout. This can not be kept in mobile because there is another menu style set for mobile(due to it’s small screen width). That is the mobile menu, see screenshot: https://postimg.cc/image/6vj12r6uj/
If you want to keep the desktop style, then you will have to customize it using custom css. Add the code in your Custom css box in Customize > General > Custom Codes > Custom Css.
Please know that this is a personal customization and further customizing is not included in support.
In my last reply i was answering your concern over the post’s page width. Of course I tested before sending the reply and new post’s width were showing correctly.
