I see you have a very old theme version. You need to update theme as well (latest version 2.6.1) because many changes have been made ever since. It is very important for you to keep everything up to date in order to have a functional and safe site.
Since the version you have now is quite old, changes are expected so we strongly suggest to keep a backup of your current site files and database.
You need to update Codeless Builder! The latest version is 1.2.5 and it’s already included in the last theme update package. This issue is not related to Visual Composer.

I updated Codeless Builder to it’s latest version and added the text in the second page you pasted. I keep refreshing and opening it in other browsers and so far the content has not disappear at all.

Please make sure you have enough memory allocated for your wordpress installation. Go to file wp-config.php in the wp root folder and add this line: define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');
The only difference visible is the Captcha in the second page contact form. Are you using different forms in these pages?

The import of any demo is tested already multiple times from our team and the Envato team prior to theme launch and this does not happen.
What browser are you using? Do you have any add-ons installed in it? Please clear cache and try again. I opened your site several times from Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge and IE 11 and it’s perfect.
