Can you describe the steps you took to update theme? Please make sure to have downloaded the latest version from your Envato account. Disable all plugins first and delete current Codeless Builder, then update theme.
After update is finished, install once again the included Codeless Builder. Last step, proceed in activating other plugins.

The site is ok now. please check it. The Customizer opens ok as well (screenshot). I also updated Codeless Builder to it’s latest version.

I have successfully installed and activated the latest version of theme and Codeless Builder. I kept the old version of the theme as backup, named in the server as handel1. Please check your site.

Please update theme, Codeless Builder to their latest versions first. Before making the updates, make sure to have the “Meta Box” and “Visualizer” plugin deactivated before activating theme after update. You can activate it again after.

I see the Customizer was still loading when you went back to the previous page. You need to let it finish loading first. However, please try this:
1-Update WordPress to latest version 4.9;
2-I assume you do have the latest theme version(1.0.4) since i saw Codeless Builder vs 1.2.3 installed already. That is the latest version of the plugin;
3-Deactivate Meta Box plugin and try again;Let us know.

You should remove every page/post you do not use. Also remove every plugin that is not used. keep in mind to always keep everything up to date. Old versions can affect the site’s performance too.

Theme has already been released. You can download the new theme copy from your Envato account > Downloads (just like you did the first time). Or use Envato Market plugin to update theme every time it has a new version available.

Please update theme to it’s latest version. It was released two days ago and it’s compatible with the latest WordPress 4.9. Which is also the reason your current Codeless Builder is not working. After that, update Codeless Builder plugin too. Just delete the current folder in wp-content/plugins, go back to the wp dashboard and install it from the Required Plugins list.
Visual Composer is an optional plugin, not required for theme’s normal work. Please always use the included version as it is tested and fully compatible with theme.

We tested with Firefox browser as well and had no problem. We use chrome as main browser and such jump does not happen. Please make sure to have your browser up to date and that there are no additional add-ons installed that can affect the page’s normal work flow.
Soon a new theme update will be released with the Visual Composer and all other plugins updated. You will be notified via email. Also the Envato Market plugin will show up the notification of new theme version.
For now, i am marking this topic as resolved.

Can you please provide a screen recording session? In it, show us the list of the installed plugins. And then navigate to Appearance > Customize.
Theme does not have any issue! It is already been tested multiple times before launching.
You can try installing it again in a new domain in your localhost.

That’s strange. Do you have any third party plugins installed? Please disable all additional plugins that where not included in theme and try again.
