I checked the page with inspect element and indeed there is another image element being called in safari. Can you please add some valid wp login information on the extra information fields of your profile data. So we can give a closer look to the settings.

Sorry for the late reply.
There is this option in General Options > Header options > Show header tools in responsive (Mobile), that allows you to switch on/off the option to show or hide the menu in mobile. You had it off already that is why the mobile menu was not showing.
I changed it already. I also added this css:

@media (max-width: 480px){
#logo { left: 43px !important;}
#logo img { 
    height: 35px !important;    
    margin-top: -14px !important;}
}

..into your custom css to style the logo size in mobile. Result: https://postimg.org/image/7tlndb1haj/

You can add a image background to the entire page in page’s General Settings > Page Options & Style > Page Content Background, set it transparent. Now go to General Options > Styling Options > Background, upload an image background for your site’s body here.

To add an image to header, please go to the page’s General Settings > Page Header Options and set ON the “Overwrite the default page options” and “Active Page Header” options. Then scroll down to “Page header background” to import an image and set it up (positioning it).

-To have a fixed navigation bar, you can use the sticky menu. It will keep the navigation showing while you scroll down the page. To activate it please go to General Options > Header Options > Sticky Nav, set it ON.

-Yes, you can add a phone number at the top navigation bar. Just go to Appearance > Widgets and add a shortcode widget to the top nav area.

You can easily remove them in theme’s options. For this, go to General Options > Layout > Extra Side Navigation, set it OFF to remove the hamburger icon menu. And go to General Options > Header Options > Show Search, uncheck the checkbox, to remove the search.

Sorry but it’s not possible to replace the icons with other icons and have a different function. This will require coding that is not included in support.
I suggest you add this information in the top navigation area, add it as widgets. Activate top navigation area in General options > Header Options > Top Widgetized Area. Add widgets to it from Appearances > Widgets.
