Please download this file: https://jmp.sh/5ueY6ad
Unzip it and the folder created, add it in your
\wp-content\themes\specular\includes\dummy_data\backups folder. From here, go to wordpress dashboard > Specular > Import/Export(Dummy data), scroll down to Backups. In the list of available backups, you should see the newly added backup. Import this one.

WP Bakery is a third party, premium plugin included in the theme package and fully compatible with theme elements. We have purchased an extended license for it. This type of license allows us to include it in the theme package and all customers to be able to use the plugin without needing to buy it first. But it has its limitations, such as you can not update the plugin in your own terms, but only when we include an updated version of it.

Hello,

From a ftp account, go to wp-content/plugins folder and rename Kirki plugin. You will then be able to access the wp dashboard. From there, you will see a message in the screen, asking you to install the required plugins (Kirki). Follow the steps as instructed to install it again (you will be installing the updated version of the plugin).

Yes, i checked with the developers and it seems to have a bug. We have already added this in the to-do list for the next theme update. For now, you have to manually add it.

I can’t do it from wordpress as not all files are being shown. So you need to add some ftp credentials for us to be able to access the files in the server.
If you don’t have one, then just contact your host and ask them.

Hello,

I’m not sure why, but two of the most important required plugins were not present at all. I installed Codeless Framework and Redux Framework. I activated them and now the Specular menu is showing.

I also set up homepage in Specular > General Options > Select Frontpage. Now you select the page you want as blog and save changes.
