Hello,
First, go to wp-content/plugins folder in your worpdress installation and rename the kirki plugin folder. I tried accessing the ftp with the credentials in your profile but they are not valid anymore.

There are two ways to update theme. Manually: replace old them files with the new theme files. Automatically: use a plugin like Envato Market to make the update process for you. It’s just one click and you are done.
We suggest keeping a copy of theme files if you have made any changes directly to them. Also make a backup of theme settings, by exporting all theme settings from Settings > Export menu. Then after an update, if anything has changed, you can import these settings again to your site.
If you still experience issues, please add some wp and ftp credentials in a private reply. So we can give it a closer look.

I just checked on my side and there is nothing wrong with the lightbox effect. You just have to select the option “lightbox” in Portfolio element options > Overlay > Icon. I changed that and now it’s ok. See screenshot: https://ibb.co/JpjZ5wQ
I see you have installed a lightbox plugin. This is not necessary and it will conflict with theme’s build-in lightbox effect. I deactivated it for now. I suggest you remove it.
Third-party plugins can affect theme default behavior depending on the scripts they add/affect.

It was the custom css added in the page’s Custom css box. It was not working the same for this other page. I commented it out and added anew code. Please check you page now.
PS: You have a very old theme version and WP Bakery plugin. This can cause incompatibility issues over time. It is strongly recommended that you keep theme and it’s included plugins up to date.

No, this is a free plugin. You can install it directly from your WordPress > Plugins > Add New, menu. Or download it here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/post-types-order/ and import the zip file like any other plugin.

Indeed, the justify gallery seems to cause this. I have informed the developers and we will take the necessary test and include a fix in the next theme update.
For the moment, i have changed the settings to have your site almost the same layout as with justifying set ON.

1-I deactivated the AP Mega menu plugins. It was the culprit for the mobile menu not working in mobile. You can check now. (screenshot)
2-The original image imported as mobile logo is too big and no matter how much the script cuts it off, it’s still too big for the mobile header. So I added this css in your General > Custom Codes > Custom Css box:
@media (max-width: 480px){ .logo_iphone { width: 30% !important; margin-left: 100px !important; }}Result screenshot.
You can change the values to your wish and save it again.-Can you please be more specific on this: “the first Row is not showing up“? I see the slider does show up in mobile (as seen in the last screenshot as well).
