I am sorry that you see it this way. The portfolio is designed to be this way. Some customers are ok with it and some need to customize it further. This is mostly a personal choice. We can not satisfy all wishes, so we are doing our best to assist you while you edit the theme to your needs and pleasure.
But you have to know that the theme you bought comes in a certain design. This request is not present for now.

Our developers will check it and see what they can do regarding it in future updates.
Can you please be a little more detailed? What element is not displaying correct in mobile?
I have already created a portfolio page as you suggest in this other topic of yours. The pages are created from the same scripts so it should not have any problem with other portfolio pages.
-“first portfolio listing on my homepage” are you perhaps referring to a Single portfolio item page? In this case, you can not use Visual Composer elements. You can only add description text and the information on Custom Fields.

What changes did you do exactly?
I can suggest you get a fresh copy of theme files and update your current theme. Or if you want to keep it (if you have made a lot of changes directly in it’s files) then just rename the new theme folder and upload it in your server. So you can have both copies. The new and the old version. (screenshot). Activate them one at a time to troubleshoot the “About us” page. Recreate the page if necessary.
Please know that the changes you make to theme files to style it to your wish, are not included in support service.
The image is stored in the server. You can find it in this path: /wp-content/uploads/revslider/web-product-dark2/mouse.png
Add the image you want in this folder and overwrite the “mouse.png”. The image in the slider will change to the new one.

By default there is only one response box. So the success/failure message should display just once. If you have any other plugin installed that changes the default form of the contact form, then it is up to you to customize it.

Most probably you have installed the wrong file. Please make sure to unzip the downloaded file and extract only theme folder from it. Then zip it (theme folder) and upload in your server.
