Hello,
By default if you leave a field empty, it will be removed from the list of custom fields displayed in portfolio item. But it does not replace it with the text in the field after it.
What theme version do you have? Can you send us a link? So we can give it a closer look.Best regards!

What theme version do you have? If you did not update theme to it’s latest version, then most probably you are installing over and over the same VC version that does not work.
So please make sure to have updated theme first. Download the latest copy from your Envato account. And then perform the VC update. If you still have issues, open up a new topic and send us the credentials in a private reply.Best regards!

You can have the logo in the center and menu items below logo like in this page: https://www.paulabonet.com/ by using header style “Below the logo navigation with bg”.
The logo with text like the example is not possible with theme options. And it’s quite a work editing the code to achieve this. I suggest you to add the text in logo with photoshop and use that as your logo. The example you gave has the same functionality.

Please go to Google Maps, add the address you want in the address box. Then go to “Share” button > “Embed Map” (screenshot), copy the link here. Make sure to remove the iframe from it. Copy only the map url.

No, it is the same but you need to clean computer cache as well. it may be displaying a stored version of your site that does not have the final changes. If it displays ok in mobile device, then it is ok.

Sorry for the late reply.
The random order option in Post Grid does not have any issue. I see you have installed the “Intuitive Custom Post Order” plugin. This must be interfering with the default theme options settings. Please deactivate all third party plugins that are related to post types and try again.Best regards!

Sorry but the posts, unlike pages take the page header settings from the site’s Default Page Header. So you have to set it up from General Options > Header Options > Default Page Header.

All included plugins are licensed and we update them on every theme release. But the license number is not included, so you can use the current plugins without issue (they are all perfectly compatible with theme and current WP version), or if you must update, then you have to buy it yourself.
In order to update plugin from theme please read this article. The latest theme version has Wp BAkery vs 4.11.2.1 included.
Since you have already bought it, then just go to your wp-content/plugins folder and delete/rename js_composer folder. Then download the latest VC copy from your account and install it again.
