You have the site in an intranet web. And you are getting the image from internet. Most probably the intranet rules do not allow the image import from an outside web. You should either check your permissions for outside connections or import the image in your local server (import at site’s media library).

Please download the latest Specular vs 1.8 from your Envato account. Update theme first (make sure to save a backup of theme files in case you have made any direct changes to them). Then go to plugins, deactivate WP Bakery plugin. Delete it’s files. Then go to dashboard and follow the instructions from the message requiring you to install included plugins.
You will be able then, to install Visual Composer vs 4.11.2.1 (the latest one).

I checked your site, beside the fact that you have an old version of Visual Composer, and should update in order to avoid unnecessary issues, i don’t see any other problem.
As stated in my replies above, i don’t get the effect you are mentioning. I tested the site several times, switched back and forth, resized the page and still the slider run smoothly.
You can try clear cache and refresh page.

Sorry for the late reply.
1-I made several tests of the page in different mobiles and in nexus 5x simulator but the map is static. Please clear your phone cache and refresh page.

2-I fixed it. The “Right menu” is showing up in mobile now. Since the current menu is different from the normal menu (it is composed by two different menus), the side menu in mobile called the main menu, which was undefined.
So i switched back to simple menu, assign the “Right menu” to it, then switched back to left-right menu style.
Please check your site and let us know.

How did you set up menu before the update?
I see you have set up transparent header but the background is not transparent. Since in the transparent header style, the slider goes under the header, it is showing like cut off because of the white background you set.
You can either:
-set transparent header in General Options > Header Options, and make a transparent background color in the same block of options.
-or leave it as it is and remove the transparent header (this is the current set up in your site)

As for the menu items font color, this is because you have selected the light menu version in both of the codeless slider slides. I change it to dark version and now the menu displays ok.
Edit the items arrangement in Appearance > Menus.
