I opened you site, but i do see the elements showing correctly in admin panel as well as in front page.
Let’s recap your issues:
1-I can’t see my googlemap’s location in the footer, I can’t see a lot of single picture in a lot of other pages
I see you have a google map image displaying in your footer (screenshot) However, for the single images, please go to file includes/core/codeless_elements.php and find this line:
vc_remove_element("vc_single_image");
Remove it too.

2-Did you remove from includes/core/codeless_elements.php file, this line: vc_remove_element("vc_posts_grid"); ? Please check again as there are two lines of it.
Let us know.
Please check again the ftp credentials as i can not login.

This is very strange. Please try this for us:
Create a new, standalone wordpress installation (not part of multi-site) and install theme there. No other plugins, just the theme.
Make sure to have the latest theme version. It was recently updated. Then in file wp-config.php make sure to give it enough memory. Import demo data.

Sorry for the late reply.
Please go to file js/main.js and find these lines:

function codelessOnePageContent(){
	"use strict";
	$('.composer_content').onePageNav({
	    currentClass: 'current-menu-item',
	    changeHash: false,
	    scrollSpeed: 750,
	    scrollThreshold: 0.5,
	});
}

Comment them out and save file. Let us know.
