Sorry can you please be more clear? What do you mean by “why the hand icon does appear as normal”? Do you not want to display the pointer as a hand when onhover?
If you are referring to the other menu items where the hand does not appear, that’s because they have sub-items, but are not links themselves (all menu items, apart from ‘Home’).

I see you have version 1.2.1, while the latest version is 1.3.2. However, the titles are caused by the “WP SVG Icons” plugin. I deactivated it and the titles are gone.
-The typography mentioned is heading 6, not header 6. This is the heading that the lsit items are created with. Change it like suggested to edit the list items font size.

You have set it as a normal element, that is why the slider is taking the alignment of normal elements in boxed layout. Increase sliders width or consider adding slider from Page’s General Options > Slider. I have set up a test page. As you can see, the slider is at it’s place here.
The Visual Composer plugin is not responsible for the google fonts. The version you have is totally ok with the theme.
I was able to change the fond in home slider 1, of title “Simple & Intuitive Solution” in slide 1, from Montserrat to Aladin. See page About Us.

What do you mean “it isn’t working”? I don’t see the quantity tab in your product page (screenshot).

You can speed up your site loading time, by reducing the plugins used to the minimum. Do not keep plugins unused installed. Delete pages you do not need(when importing dummy data, a lot of pages are created. Most of which are never used).
