Please make sure you have selected the dark header in all of your codeless sliders. Check them in Codeless Slide Options > Layout > Menu & Slider Navigation Color.
This is not a theme issue, but a wordpress issue. Make sure you do not have any whitespace before/after opening and closing php tags in file public_html/wp-config.php.

The sliders folder is only for you to import slider dummy data, in cause you want to. The documentation folder is for you to have access to theme documentation, but none of these should be uploaded into your wp-content folder.
