Revolution slider does not have any issue. The font does change without difficulty. Please make sure to have the latest version first.

Please make sure to set up the main configurations after dummy data import, for it to have the complete view. Such configurations include, set up main menu, home page and blog..etc

You can add this code into the page’s custom css box (screenshot)m or at the end of your style.css file.
However, we recommend you to optimize the custom css code, to have the minimal possible.
You need to update Visual Composer too. Just delete the plugin’s folder in your wp-content/plugins folder. Then go back to your dashboard and install it again. It will install the included in theme, version which is the latest one.
I don’t see any arrow in main menu bar or issues with the socials in top widgetized area (screenshot) What do you need to change here?
The sidebar is added as a widget, not an actual sidebar (from Page Options) that is why it had a different style. I tried to change it as you wanted it, by adding the css. But that css affects only that particular element, so you have to check what could have caused the menu and socials.
As per you request, i removed the arrow from menu in sidebar.
Are you sure about the socials in top area and footer? You can remove them by dragging the widgets out in Appearance > Widgets.

Please update theme and Visual Composer to their latest release. You have very old versions and there has been important changes since then.
Let us know if the issue persists after that.
You have old version of both the theme and Revolution slider. In the latest update were made important changes. Please update theme and plugins first.
