Found a solution. All good now.
Solved.
When I moved to new server, the Revolution hard coded in the url of the background image, so it couldn’t find it.
I’ve contacted Revolution Slider to make them aware of the bug.

I have disabled all plugins.
I have tested on Safari and the issue doesn’t seem to occur, it seems to be just a Chrome issue. I have not tested on other browsers.

Found the menu item location:
SPECULAR SETTINGS > LAYOUT > <span style=”font-family: ‘Open Sans’, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold; line-height: 18.2000007629395px; background-color: #fcfcfc;”>Extra Side Navigation</span>
All these issues seem to be related to MAMP.
I duplicated the site and put it on a new server and it’s working fine.
Any idea what could be causing the problem for a local installation?
Here is a perfect example.
This image shows a single blog post.
Not only is it missing the sidebar, but if I toggle the Author settings the blog post text displays and doesn’t display.

I have loads more of these instances… completely random.
Can you please consider this a high priority.

Delete this. It seems to be working.
One step closer… I found out where to remove the Search button, but still can’t figure out the sidebar menu item though.
