Well, as I said earlier we do have a lot of tickets on daily basis to resolve and if one goes behind with any reason it becomes tough for us to manage. Because our system keeps popping only those tickets which are not resolved or responded. And if for any reason you guys are not getting any response just send us a reminder to make sure it gets done.
We would try our best in future to make sure we come up some logic on our support system to track those tickets which needs further review or pending etc …
From where you are changing your menus and logo ? Make sure to edit proper header which is under Appearance > Headers/Footers and made with elementor there you can make your changes.
If you edit your footer you would see that it is coming from your footer. Your footers are also developed through elementor which you can check by going to Appearance > Heeders/Footers
You are welcome, I am checking for other of your tickets and will be responding there as well. It is always preferable to open a single ticket this way it make sure your issues take lesser time than many tickets.
Well, If we any time we are not responding it may be means your ticket got behind hundreds of tickets as we are getting hundreds of tickets and at some time missing by any means keeps it behind. In that case a minor reminder does the rest because your ticket can come in to place again and can be checked by our team.
I hope you understand the situation, as we never ever deliberately do this but if it happens by any means we at least need a reminder.

Well, I can see whenever I click those buttons it takes me to the relevant post and I am not sure where is the issue ?
Also code wise I checked it looked all fine to me as well. If you can make sure to recheck by clicking on those images then it will take you to the relevant post.
Well there is nothing like the documentation for this right now but you can simply target the desired element and can add your own styling: Let say our class is a btn and code will become
.btn{ color: red; }
This will make btn classed button element color red.
