Kindly note we have to keep our theme updated to make it compatible with WordPress and any plugins we are using inside the working of theme. That’s why we do update theme and support is something which is beyond this topic. As support is envato policy to get item support only.
Kindly make sure to keep your website’s full backup before proceeding. Once backup is there try to update your theme through FTP and if anything goes wrong let us know ? Also, there are a lot of stuff being changed to keep theme compatible with latest WordPress updates but design wise we don’t remove any functionality.
My friend I’ll be checking it and fixing it for you, as I was not sure what you expected but now you said it should be in 80px without that below bar showing I have to check it properly to find what is the issue actually.
OK, don’t worry can I get just FTP logins so I can upload that for you ? Because without checking it will be tough for me and it will be extra time taking for you. I just want to make sure you get it done quickly.
As in the mean time a lot of major WordPress and specular updates are came and gone so chances are high your site will crash. So, to avoid that just make sure to keep full backup of your website content and files then it will be better if you can setup a clone on your some other domain [test] or on your local setup.
Then proceed with updating your theme and plugins and if anything goes wrong you have to style or fix those issues one by one. If you do this on live site it may crash your website because your theme version is way older.
