I can see your image size is 800px in height so it is taking height accordingly. Make sure you let me know what height and width there should be ? So, I can make things that way ?
Also by default images crops based on there aspect ratio and same I can see here too.
I just went to your website and getting malware error of phishing content ahead. Kindly make sure you website is secure and do proactive measures to save your website otherwise it will be blacklisted by search engines.
Sorry to mention but we can’t visit such websites which are having red alert of phishing or malware.
The thing is when a support person check things it do check for front end view and try to figure out stuff what is there. But when things take extra and deep level development skills then our development team checks it in more details to make sure they find the issue.
The thing is the ones we checked like in our demo where it is working they are made with older version instead of elementor so we will be adding this in elementor too and once there you will be able to use it.
At times plugin installer guide does not work so simply try to deactivate your theme and then activate it again to see that plugin installer option shows up.
Also make sure you keep back of full website like your customizer CSS and everything to avoid any issues if anything goes wrong.
I can see provided video thanks, but the question is do you want to use it with sticky nav or without sticky ? Because I can fix things accordingly.

Thanks for the details, I have checked and tested, as the issue is only comes into place once we change language it means something not did right with the translations part ? Kindly, make sure you follow wpml documentation or their support as this issue is related to wpml not specular theme.
Thanks for the wait. Well, our team just confirmed that this header is built with elementor header builder so in elementor builder we don’t have sticky header option yet. We will be adding this feature sooner in our update and then you will be able to get sticky headers even with elementor.
