Just download latest version of the specular theme and then simply extract included-plugins folder to get latest versions of all the plugins. Then you can update your plugins with ease rather than wasting time.

Is there any cache plugin being used ? If so, just disable that plugin and remove all cache and try again to see. It looks like those issues are due to some css conflicts that usually caused by cache.

Make sure to sync your files properly also set the limit of file to some bigger number in the settings of the loco translate plugin to make sure all strings stay there for translation.

Just to clarify, have you played with the code ? Because I can see few classes are missing. If you did nothing then it may be needed a theme update to make sure proper classes are there.
So, make sure you update your theme to latest version and check if that solves the issue. Because I can see few classes are missing in the DOM of your website. Also don’t forget to keep full backup of your website.
