Kindly note in WordPress latest updates a lot has changed while our older theme will not work with this new WordPress, Kindly make sure you update theme as well. But remember to keep all your data as backup to avoid any loss in the process.

As you mentioned that this issue is arising after update but I can still see you are using older version of theme which is not compatible with latest WP version. Kindly, make sure you keep backup of your website and update your theme and plugins too so you get compatible theme which should work just fine with latest WP update.

Kindly just try to use any other or default theme and check if your settings are there ? Also try to check by disabling any of your own used plugins those may be disabling those settings.
