It was nothing big just the latest version of Elementor has some conflict with the Codeless Remake’s Erzen template. We’ve fixed that issue you’ll be in no worry while building your amazing site.

Please don’t upgrade/downgrade the Elementor version. You can also save a copy of the plugin in your system.

First of all, the customization done inside any WordPress theme/plugins will be wiped out once it’s updated/downgraded.

Second, as you mentioned earlier, customization was done on the WooCommerce plugin 7 years ago. Currently, your site is running the latest version of WooCommerce “6.5” which was released on 2022-05-12. If the customization was done on the plugin then it’s wiped out, once you updated the plugin.

Third, we really want to help you but we can’t move further until you let us know the full/complete scenario about the customization.

Fourth, Currently, we get the order confirmation email once we order the product. The email doesn’t contain any product link(you mentioned), just the order details.

You can access the option to import dummy data through
WP-Admin Dashboard > Specular Home > Starter Sites > Choose the Demo and install it.

if you’re still unable to access the options, then please share the WP-Admin credentials (username, password) using the private reply.
