The page link you’ve mentioned not displaying the blog posts but is a combination of simple text and the lightbox effect on the image.
If you don’t wanna display the default blog style on your site then
1- Create a Page with the blog/news name
2- Add the Blog posts grid widget on the page
3- Select the Blog Posts style/Item design which best suits you
4- Save Changes
5- Done.

The theme-required plugins depend upon the demo you’ve installed on your site. The required plugins depend on whether you’ve installed the Elementor version or the WP-Bakery version.
De-activate all the plugins, you’ve enabled on your site. Then your site will display all the plugins that are required by the Codeless specular theme on top of the screen.
However, you can remove the text over the image simply by
Edit the WP-Bakery “Media Grid” widget > Item Design > Select/Change style > Save Changes > Update > Done.

If you’re about the title of the image then please check the “Equipment” page. I’ve just changed the media grid style to the “Slide in Title”. You can change the media grid style on the Homepage as well.

You can access the option to switch between the Light/Dark color through
Edit the page > Scroll down to the “General” options > Header Color
– Issue with the Background
