You can add the Social widget and Copyright widget below the header through

WP-Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Widgets > Header Widgetized Area > Add “Social Icons/Paragraph” widget > Add social links/text > Publish > Done

P.S: Decrease the font size of menu items to display the social icons and copyright text.

The issue is very annoying for us too. It’s important for us to know why this issue occurs? It means, what significant changes on your site lead to this issue.

Not always you’ve to download and install it again and again. Save a copy of the plugins and install them when you need to activate them.

By default, the button elements cover the full width of the content. That’s why they display separately instead of same row.
