It seems that there’s some conflict between the “Reviews” code and Codeless Page Builder that’s why it’s not allowing to make changes. It’s not about the web, theme, or any of the plugins installed on your site.
If you wanna redesign your homepage completely then we recommend you remove your “Reviews” section for the time being, once you’re done with the changes add it to the position where you need it.

We’ll try again to fix the “Modern and Fullscreen layouts” layout for blog posts. All three layouts for blog posts are working and fully applicable. However, we’ll take a deep dive into your site to what’s causing the issue. Hopefully, we’ll get it done.
Please share the right WP-Admin credentials (username, password). Also, It’ll be helpful for us if you create an SFTP account for us. It’ll help us to get things back if something bad happens. Also, we recommend you, please keep a backup of your site.

The purpose to share the video is to provide an acknowledgment that how you can edit the text/heading using Codeless Page Builder.
As I don’t what to change, that’s why I’ve worked on the sample page on the dummy data. In the same way, you can change the text/heading on your homepage. If you’re still confused about this, just let me know what to change and with what. So, I’ll change it for you and as a reference, I’ll provide you a video that’ll help you to make further changes in the future.

I have seen and analyzed your website. Theme is in perfect condition and doesn’t requires any further optimization in terms of coding.
However there is few things we can try it:
– Please enable cache
– Please categories your product and enable pagination rather than lazy load.
– Optimize your images, if you want to use lazy load then use very light weight images and if pagination then use max 20 images per page.
– Please remove / uninstall extra and unnecessary plug-ins. I have seen there is lot of plug-in which can create infinite loop.
– I can help you investigate further if you provide me Correct FTP Credentials, Previously provide info are invalid and i am unable to login into it.
PS. This is not comes under normal support, however I am trying to help you and i want to make customer happy.
