Please create a fresh backup of your site, theme, plugins, etc and then update the Tower theme and all required plugins to their latest versions. After that check and let me know.

Backup is a safety measure while updating theme/plugins.

Please check and let me know. I’ve downgraded the Elementor. For the time being, please don’t try to update.
Currently, there’s no option add the long arrow icon on the menu.
