We’ve put a limit on the podcast template function, which is why it limits the time to just minutes and seconds.
You can disable that limit by just replacing i:s with H:i:s
in the following file:
wp-admin > Appearance > Theme Editor > Livecast > includes > codeless_shortcodes.php > line # 66

It is hard-coded into plug-in (cowidgets), you can change yourself by finding the string or provide me translation and credentials, i will do it for you.

In case you updated the Elementor plugin, you can rollback it from
WP-Admin > Elementor > Tools > Rollback Version to 3.4.8 > Click on Reinstall button > Done
