Both strings are written inside the “Cowidgets – Elementor Addons” not inside the theme. For translating them, you’ve to translate the previously mentioned plugin through Loco Translate.

Both ways(automatically and manually) are applicable. The second way(manually) exists if the plugin doesn’t update while clicking on the update button.
In a manual way, you’ve to go through
WP-Admin Dashboard > Plugin > Add New > Upload Plugin > Choose plugin file from your system > Click on Install Now button > If the plugin already exists it’ll display a message that you really wanna upgrade/downgrade plugin > Click yes if you wanna upgrade/downgrade plugin > Done.

Make sure you’ve checked the Horizontal Scroll option in the edit page options. Moreover, If it is still not working then Downgrade the Elementor plugin you can do it through
Dashboard -> Elementor(in sidebar) -> Tools -> Version Control -> Rollback version -> select version 3.0.16 or prior(in case it won’t work) -> Reinstall it -> Save changes -> Done.
P.S: Don’t try to update the Elementor plugin after the downgrade
