We recommend you, use videos of size range from 5-10MB, so the total size of videos would be (20-40MB). We can’t tell you the exact size because it also depends on factors like server configuration, server type, server capabilities .etc.

– Regular menu
This is the default behavior of the Codeless Folie theme that the menu displays in the form of hamburger. You can’t change it to the regular menu as it’s displayed on the desktop.
If you wanna force the hamburger menu to display as a regular menu then it comes under customization.
If the text on the menu not displaying on the mobile device then just paste the below code in the customizer. Hopefully, it’ll work

I have double checked in my personal cell phone (also used various phones) it is working but little slow and main reason your videos are quite heavy, Just Lower the Size of video (in terms of MBs) then surely it will be working.
Look if you have 4 videos (Avg Size 25mb) – its means browser needs to download approx 100 mb first (it could be mobile browser) then have to play without lag.
Since, your hosting doesnt support full stream-able videos, Basically Heavy Videos cant be smooth on Slider area. Even you can try with youtube it has some lag as well.
My Suggestion is to do:
1. Reduce the Size of video
2. Reduce the Number of Video
3. Compress the Video File
4. Improve your Server Config
5. Try it on Different PC / Mobile (Please clear cache and then report).
