By default, the Header Classic-2 template is used for single posts, the Header Classic template is used for blog pages, and the Entire website default template is used as the default header for the site. Try editing these templates to see changes.

Hi,
Title Heading widget inherit color from the default theme options listed in the customizer or tower options. You can’t modify its color individually but collectively. In order to change the color of an individual heading use the Custom heading widget.

To import dummy data, you’ve to go through
WP-Admin Dashboard > Specular Home > Starter Sites > Select the Demo(you wanna import) > Done.

It’s upon you which logo size suits your requirements but the general size of the logo is 250 x 100 px.

It may be due to the size of the background image you’re using. Try using the image with large size/dimensions.
If your issue doesn’t resolve with it, share the location where you’re using it on your site.
