3) Sorry for the late reply but, It seems that you’re using a series of third-party plugins named Jet with the author name “Crocoblock” which all are related to each other. If we disable one of them it’ll cause an effect on its other plugins that lead to the disturbance in the entire website layout. It’s become an obstacle for us to go further and resolve this issue.
We recommend using Remake pre-built Header/Footer and widgets instead of a third-party plugin because it may cause bugs in the website or theme functionality and workflow.
4) Your theme version is up to date. No need to worry about it.

2) Codeless Theme and Plugins are highly optimized regarding page speed. The page speed may get worst because of the addition of other plugins.

As you’re using a third-party plugin, so all the settings are coming from that plugin. That’s why default theme settings will not work on a single-post template/page created with a third-party plugin.

This issue might be due to some conflict between our theme and elementor new version code. So, we request you to please downgrade your elementor plugin.
You can downgrade your elementor plugin through
Dashboard -> Elementor(in sidebar) -> Tools -> Version Control -> Rollback version -> select version 3.0.16 or prior(in case it won’t work) -> Reinstall it -> Save changes -> Done.
P.S: Don’t try to update the Elementor plugin after the downgrade.

About embedding is your mean to embed an external website link, If Yes, then you can do this through:
WP-admin Dashboard > Appearance > Menus > Select your menu > Add custom link > Save > Done.
