You can fix that by adding this line into custom css Specular > General > Custom Css and add this line:
.staff_entries-lawyers .media img {width:30%;}

Yes there is only a way you have to edit the file wp-content/themes/specular/js/jquery.countdown.min.js
Please try to translate the lines :

The reason that you don’t see the Specular is that you haven’t installed the Codeless Framework plugin. Appearances > Plugins.
Find it Install and Activate maybe this is the issue why you have all those problems.
The fonts we are using are:
Font for Titles: ‘Great Vibes’
Font for Services: Prata
Body Font: Open Sans
Fonts on the Sliders Are: Prata and the other one is Nevis
