Some tags, such like <iframe> tag, are not supported from the “Custom code” element since it conflicts with other shortcodes tags and gives this result.
This is not an issue in this case because there is already an element created for the maps.

You have an additional builder installed (Beaver). It could be conflicting with the other builders already included in theme. Please deactivate all third party plugins and try again.
You can use Codeless Builder and Visual Composer to add content to the site. I don’t think an additional builder is necessary.
The team element (single team) does not have the option to add a button (screenshot). You can only add it by using other elements of the theme. By default the team member has links to it’s socials and the title as well is linked to the team profile.
Contact Form 7 is a third party plugin which is tested to be fully compatible with theme. Do you have any other plugins installed? Please deactivate them all and try again.
You have an old version of theme. I advise you to update theme too and all it’s included plugins. The latest update has major changes made!
Make sure to save a copy of old theme file sin case you have made direct changes to them.

What demo do you want to have? I can set it up for you in minutes and you can go on customizing it.
-During the import process, the pages/posts/menu items are added to the current ones (the current are not getting deleted) so it’s best to not import all demos one after the other or you’ll have to remove manually the additional pages that do not belong to this demo. Nothing serious but just a waste of time.
