Theme’s main builder is Codeless Builder. All demo content is created with it. In order for the shortcodes to work as they should, all shortcodes of a page must be of the same builder(screenshot). Meaning you can not have elements of both Codeless Builder and Visual Compose rin the same page.
But if you keep only Codeless Builder, then there are no problems. In the last reply my colleague asked you to keep only one builder. Now i am asking for the credentials so that i can check what is causing the saving issue. Because this does not happen on our side or other installations.Best regards!

“Envato WordPress Toolkit” or “Envato Marketplace” are both optional plugins. Not necessary for theme functionality. You can chose to not install neither and not have any issue whatsoever.
We are working on theme update and will try to upload it as soon as we can. The notifications on included Woocommerce files version refer only to the version number. Some files do not have any single change from one update to another apart from the version number. Do not worry about it. We update every included file in theme updates as well.

If you are using Visual Composer element then you have to use the element’s available options. If opening the link in new tab is not an option then there is nothing you can do. Unless you edit plugin’s files but this is not recommended because it will prevent you from taking future important plugin updates.

Theme update will only replace old theme files with the new ones. The content is not affected. No new pages will be created by default and no existing ones will be changed or deleted from it.
If you want to import again, you can do so. The new import process will add more pages and posts and will overwrite ONLY the changes you have already made in Theme Options (Appearance > Customize). Changes such as primary color, body font style, blog style..etc.Let me know if you have further questions.
