Did you install any new plugin? What theme version are you running? Can be a lot of different reasons the site starts to act differently. First, deactivate all third party plugins; Make sure to have the latest theme version. if the issue persists, send some wp credentials so we can check.
I checked and i see you have a lot of third party plugins but also very old theme template.
Please deactivate all plugins that did not came with theme. Update theme to latest version 2.8 and update Visual Composer afterward (https://support.codeless.co/?ht_kb=visual-composer-update).
Check theme again after this.

Sorry i misunderstood. I thought the portfolio was in an independent page and i needed the menu to get to the portfolio page.
Anyways, please add this code in General > Custom Codes > Custom Css:
I opened the site from a Samsung device and browser mobile layout generator, but i do see the menu well. ANd i can click on it without ny issue.

Just assign a page as you posts page in Settings > Reading. This will be the blog page. Did you import any demo? Can i please see a link of your site?

I just checked and the site looks great in mobile. Please clear cache of the browser you are using. Remove any add-on it may have installed. Perhaps these are causing the issue on your side.
