Sorry for the late reply.
I see there is an additional styling added to the column content when the page is opened from Firefox. Did you perhaps did any changes to theme style?
Please send us some valid wp credentials in a private reply?

I made a test page and i could add/remove/save changes without any problem in backend or frontend. Please know that tabs and accordions are deprecated elements (old elements) meant to be removed.
Can you show a page where you have problem saving changes?
The Visual Composer version you have running is fully compatible with theme. However, there is a theme update in the works and will soon be released. We will update visual composer to it’s current version in the update.

Hello,

Please update theme to fix the infinite loading spin. We have recently updated in order to be compatible with the latest WordPress version. Please make sure to update the builder plugin as well! Go to your wp-content/plugins folder, remove the current Codeless Builder plugin folder and then back in your dashboard, install it again from the Required plugins.

Theme’s main builder, is based on the WordPress Customizer. So when you open the Customizer from Appearances, you are actually accessing the Codeless Builder. That is why the shortcodes are being added. Because this theme’s building concept is the Codeless Builder, and Visual Composer is just an extra, but not the main tool.

I suggest you try to be more familiar with the builder first, as it will help you customize your site very easily. But if you must keep Visual Composer, then first set up the page options and settings using the Customizer, and then add the VC elements.

Please go to your wordpress menu Settings > Reading > Your homepage displays, select Static Page and select a home page for your site.

The Portfolio Post Grid is one of the native Visual Composer elements that is not overwritten and styled by theme. So it’s functioning is not depended from theme code. I suggest you use the grid that does get overwritten by theme. Like “Recent portfolio” where the custom link does work and has no issues linking portfolio items to a custom link set up in it’s options.

Theme’s main and most important builder is Codeless Builder. To access it just click on the “Page Customize” buttons (screenshot) you see in back-end. Then start customizing page’s options or each element on it’s own as showed in our documentation and Video Tutorials.

Once you get familiar with it, you will see the easy it is to customize each section of the site separately and independent from other elements of the page.
