Hello,

1-This situation does not happen on our side. What theme version are you running? Do you have additional plugins installed? Please make sure to have always the last theme version and deactivate third party plugins for testing. See if this happens again.

2-Sorry but it’s not very clear what are you asking for. please send us your site’s credentials in a private reply and the link of the page you have incorporated the “Full page Height” feature. So we can give a closer look and understand your point.

Hello,

The new plugin’s script must be conflicting with theme’s script. To troubleshoot this we need to spend time that is not offered for third party plugins. What exactly do you want to achieve? The Shop demo uses theme settings and woocommerce. If these are not enough to create the layout you need, then i think it’s best to hire a developer to take care of all the changes you need to do.

Please send us your purchase code in a private reply. We will remove it from the database so you can register your copy once again. If you send us the email used to buy the theme, we can do it for you right after removing it from db.

-How to change the photos in home page portfolio:
1-Open the page’s options and go to “Customize Page & Options”;

2-Go to “Portfolio Items” menu in the left sidebar menu (screenshot);

3-Select the portfolio item you want to change the featured image to. Scroll down the options in the left sidebar and you will find “Imagen Destacada” option. Replace the image with the one you want, here and save changes. Screenshot: https://postimg.org/image/qvjhmzyy3/

4-Refresh home page.

The Nivo slider included in theme does not show image caption by default. It is not a bug, it’s how the theme uses it. If you want to add it, then you will need to edit core files.
Sorry but this is a customization not included in support.

But you can add the target code in the page’s backend editor. See example screenshot:

Hello,

You had added margin to the heading element (screenshot). This was causing the margin in mobile and was not letting the custom css take effect. I removed it and now the mobile version is ok too.

I removed the custom css added before to remove the margin as it is not needed anymore.
Please check your site.
