Thanks for the clarification I have checked and issue looks related to your host. Just reach your host and make sure proper image cropping libraries are active for you. Because we are not doing any thing as disabled but such issues are related to missing libraries on your host.
Kindly make sure you increase those settings before importing your demo:

Those are basics just make sure all server related script size and time settings are set to some bigger number so if demo size is larger it does not run out of time or size.
Thanks for the logins, what you want to achieve by resizing your browser ? Do you want to check responsive view ? Because doing so it will break as DOM loaded data as per the browser on which site loaded making it smaller will surely lead to such behavior. But if you resized at certain screen then just reload site to see if it takes proper shape or not ?

Thank you very much for the logins, I can see you are using an outdated version of the theme. As WordPress has changed a lot in the mean time which means old themes will not work with latest WordPress that’s why you are facing those issues.
Solution: It’s solution is simple, you have to update your theme and plugins to latest available version. But make sure you keep backup of your whole website as current theme version is 4 while you are using version 1, so updating directly to version 4 can break your website.
So, keep full backup of your website and follow standard procedures to update your theme to latest version.

Have you updated all required plugins too ? If not make sure you update those plugins too as those should also be set to latest version to work properly with the latest WordPress.
