Kindly make sure you update your theme as you are using an older version of the theme. Also make sure you keep backup of your website and follow standard procedures to update your theme.
Sorry to mention we don’t use any such service by any means. Kindly just make sure your website is accessible even any where in the world. After all a website usually means for whole world not for a specific part. Even if your website is for limited area still make sure it works for us just for the support purposes.
Kindly make sure you delete old plugin and install again. Also to get updates for the theme update emails you have to make sure you select checkbox on your purchase page which states to get update notifications.

You have already added your scrolling code can you please here so I can change that to add that nice scrolling effect. As I am not sure which code you are using.
Kindly just see a menu named Specular and that will be at the lower part of the menu in your dashboard. Actually that is your theme settings for the specular theme. You will get your settings to change logo there inside header section.
