Please Try to understand – dont need to duplicate your request / reply on others thread, Since many of people thread owners are in snozing or sleeping, i guess its bad idea to post the reply to them.

Anyway, login and go there: https://support.codeless.co/?page_id=8
and see bottom of the page you must have a form to create a new Ticket or New topic.
