2- Creating Podcast
Posts and Podcasts are two different elements and don’t relate to each other.
a) Posts are the blog elements, in which you publish content and informative articles.
b) Podcasts are the audio elements, in which you publish your podcast content and podcast audio file.

You can select/deselect the border style on the menu items from
WP-Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Header > Menu Style > Main Menu Style

You can import/install any of the dummy/demo data from
WP-Admin Dashboard > Specular Home > Starter Sites > Hover over the “Parallax Ski” Demo > Click on the “import” button > Click on the “Import button” on popup > Done.

We’re working on it. It seems that something isn’t compatible with the Kirki customizer plugin and displaying the error. It would be helpful for us if you share the FTP info using the private reply.
