Sorry, i have installed the content blocks. Now you have only to put them on your page. You can also install our demos and edit their content.
If you aren’t happy with the support and theme we can give you a refund.
Any service offered out the theme support will be charged, like the installation of website configuration.

I have tried to upload the xml content file manually without success. There is an error there that cause such problem. Please can you send to us your error logs or access to these files. In that way we can find what cause the issue.
The only thing that i suspect cause this is the php variable : max_execution_time if is possible to change it from 600 to 6000. After this change try again to install the demo or let us know.

I have tried to login add content block but the customizer don’t. I recommend you to use our Visual Composer. If you will use native functionalities of visual composer will find lot of incompatibilities.
Please use content blocks with our Visual Composer version.

Please check also the Blog Page maybe you have activated the option to Ovewrite the Layout for this certain page.
Also you have to set the blog page into Specular > General Options.
Please add the correct credentials on your profile page so we can access the WordPressand try to add the sidebar for you.
