In order to add the new footer, you’ve to add widgets to it. Things you need to do
1- Select Footer layout (1 col, 2 cols)
2- Add widgets
3- Publish Changes
– You can select the footer layout
WP-Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Footer > Layout
– You can add widgets from
WP-Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Widgets > Footer Column * > Add the appropriate widgets > Modify it according to your need > Publish > Done

– Hide Page Title
The page header display through a WP-Bakery widget “Page Header”. If it’s not found the page display the page header by default. There’s no option to modify it in the theme.
I’ve activated the WP-Bakery on your site. Things you need to do:
1- Edit page with WP-Bakery Backend Editor
2- Add the WP-Bakery “Page Header” widget on the page.
3- Now, Delete the WP-Bakery “Page Header” widget and update the page
4- Done
